We are a values-led community and youth charity committed to achieving “A Better Bemerton for all”. Based in Bemerton Heath, Salisbury, we serve this amazing community which has the highest child poverty rate in Swindon and Wiltshire.

This permanent role centers on building trusted, long-term relationships with young people. You will utilize your energy, enthusiasm, and creativity by planning and delivering a range of quality activities, including after-school clubs (bike, drama, creative, active), drop-ins, detached work, and mentoring.

Essential requirements include a passion to work with young people and experience of working with young people from a range of backgrounds and with challenging needs.

The pay is £25,000 (FTE based on 37.5 hours per week). We are currently seeking staff for 15 or 22.5 hours, with flexibility for a full-time position. Applicants must align with our values and respect our Christian ethos.
