Raising young people’s aspirations through the creative arts has always been central to our work at Rise:61. In 2021 we were excited to be able to recruit Becks to develop an innovative new Creative Hub. It is still early days but we have loved seeing what young people have already managed to produce as well as their enthusiasm to develop their creative skills.

The Creative Hub aims to provide equal access to the creative technologies needed to get a step into the creative industry. With creative jobs making up 1 in 8 of the UK jobs market these new skills will not only raise aspiration but also increase employability.
